- $9 for the evening meal at Golden Corral the first night. Not everyone will be at camp yet or some may have already eaten.
- All other camp fees not sent with registration form.
- Running shoes (preferably more than one pair, if possible).
- Workout clothing (shirts, shorts, socks, stop-watches, and etc.).
- Casual Clothing (shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, jacket, sweater & rain gear).
- Black clothing and other appropriate equipment for Mission Impossible game.
- Water bottle.
- Running log.
- Sunscreen.
- Swim suit.
- Toiletries.
- A positive attitude and an open mind.
Strongly recommended materials:
- Heart Monitor.
- Cards and other appropriate games.
- Nice clothing for dance.
- Small alarm clock.
- Money for miscellaneous items.
- Camera.
Leave behind the following materials:
